The energy company took the loss and was found to be unfairly upcharging TWC. The fact that Clark Guo was the testifying witness should've been the FIRST RED FLAG. Even admits that Pete Chabot is a convicted felon and had no real time at Minimax. He FOUNDED minimax with his wife Charlotte.
